Passed Out

Jack wanted to play in his bed with all his animals about 30 minutes before nap time while I fed Lillie and Elliott. I finished with Elliott and went and checked on him. He wanted me to put the basketball, football, and baseball(small balls, not the real thing) in the bed with him. He was having a great time in there (which is helpful to me becuase usually he is hanging all over me when I'm trying to feed the twins.) I was in the middle of feeding Lillie and realized how quiet it was in his room. When I finished with Lillie this is what I found...

...passed out!

Susan, this is EXACTLY what Maddie does in her crib! The other night, she was crying and wouldn't go to sleep, so Bo went to check on her. He said she was in the corner of the bed crying and pointing, she had all her stuffed animals, her baby doll, and her blankets in the other corner...he claims it was a "mile high"! So, he took it all out and she went to sleep. Well, ever since, she has only wanted one or two blankets and a couple of stuffed animals...I guess she taught herself a lesson!

So funny! Jack looks just like Charlie does in his crib...a 4 year old in a baby bed!!

That is great. It shows Jack knows that beds are for sleeping. I sure hope he had eaten lunch then you can just count on this beginning his nap. Aunt Di
