Sleep Upadte

It's in the wee hours of the morning right now, but I'm feeling petty good during this particular feeding.... Jack last ate at 8:45 pm and didn't wake again till 3:45 am! That's 7 hours! We're getting so close to pulling an all nighter... of sleep that is!

New Blog!

We shared with you guys several days back that this blog is becoming more of a family update blog. It is so fun that relatives in Texas and Chicago and friends in NJ and NY can keep up with us through a blog! So we will continue keep updates of all kinds coming your way right here.

I am excited about a new blog I have started http://www.theworddowntown.org/
While theworddowntown will be primarily a discussion/discipleship tool for the congregation @ FBC, all are welcome to join in the conversations. Any theological, devotional, or biblical blurbs I previously posted here...will now be posted over at http://www.theworddowntown.org/

So stay tuned here for fun family updates, and visit me over at the new blog soon!

Jack Turns 2 Months and Trevor Turns 1 Year

Jack has changed so much over the last month. His big accomplishments are smiling intentionally, I don't think its only by accident now, moving upstairs and sleeping in his room, becoming more alert, following things that he focuses on, and he joins his friends in the nursery at church instead of staying with Mommy in "big church."

While Jack turned 2 months, Trevor, our nephew, Bubba and Kristi's little boy, turned 1 year old. We all had fun celebrating with him!

Aunt Duty

My sister-in-law and her husband are in the flower business, you can imagine how busy they have been this week preparing for Valentines Day. I had my first "real" aunt duty yesterday. While Scott and Diana were finishing up at the flower shop I picked up Wyatt(7 years old) and Patton (3 years old) and took them to church with me and Jack for dinner and Wednesday night activities. We had a lot of fun!

*Wyatt has blond hair, but last night at church there was a
competition within the childrens ministry to see who could come with the
most red on, therefore, he came with red hair last night.

Our Home

We are finally getting settled here in Clarksville. Like I've said before our 2007 so far has been packed... here is a glimpse of the hard work that family and friends put into helping us (helping Freddy T. rather, Jack and I stayed out of the way) get our home ready to move into. Here are some before and after pictures.

This is a picture of the house before we cut the bushes and pulled up the mums. The snow picture I took this morning, you may not be able to tell much, but the bushes are cut and the mums are gone!
