Dylan's Candy Bar

This evening around 4:00 pm Freddy T. called and wanted to know if we wanted to load up and meet him at Dylan's Candy Bar tonight. I was waiting on groceries to be delivered, but thought it would be a fun thing to do tonight, so I threw something together for the kids dinner real quick, unloaded the groceries as soon as they came, put clothes on the kids (we were all still in our pj's :)) and loaded up and went and caught a cab to get to the East Side.

Dylan's Candy Bar is owned by Dylan, Ralph Lauren's daughter. It has every imaginable kid of candy you can think of. A kids dream!

So here you go... The Wyatt's at Dylan's! Oh by the way, it was dead in there tonight. That place is usually a mad house, but not tonight, which made it even better.
In the cab on the way. Thankfully they were pretty well behaved, since I was alone with them.

These were the steps in the store. All loaded with candy.
Jack told us Lillie wanted these lollipops.
I don't know what they were looking at, but they liked these stuffed chocolates.
When I told Jack we were going to the candy store he immediately said, "Do you think they will have candy corn?"
Huge variety of fudge.
Jack sampling the chocolate fudge.
Tribute to Freddy T. We now know Al Pacino's favorite candy is black liquorice
Wall of famous people's favorite candy.

We headed up to the 3rd floor for ice cream!
The tables tops were made of hundreds of gum balls.
Elliott stayed fairly clean compared to his brother and sister.
Thumbs up!
That was half the napkins laying out on the table.
Lillie and Daddy heading back downstairs.
Chocolate!
Gummies!
We had fun!

Here are a few videos, nothing great, just a glimpse of our evening.

I saw the owner on an episode of Cake Boss. They made a Candland themed cake. Pretty cool. The place looks amazing! :)
