I just got a message on my voice mail from Kristi Cherry my sister...she and Bubba went to the Doctor today and found out they are having a boy! Yea!!! We are so excited! They are taking suggestions for names. His last name will be Cherry. So you fill in the blank by responding to the blog with your suggestion. I'll start us off.

ok enough jokes I think they should name the baby Eddie Cherry after Bubba (his middle name is Edward)) cute uh Wyatt my 5 year old says George. Kristi has already vetoed that one. All I know is that I am getting old and if I am going to have to have the girl in the family I better go ahead and have her. My 8th graders took a poll this morning to decide on the Cherry babies name.
The top 3 are:
1. Josiah with 4 votes
2. Landon with 3 votes
3. Gary with 2 votes
After the voting they asked about middle names, so I told them Joseph Edward was the daddys name, they all then concluded that Landon Edward Cherry was the final decision. Amazingly enough... I actually liked what they came up with!

Well, you could name him brandon. I mean, if thats the case, there would be no doubt he would be good lookin'. I mean, look at the track record of the name brandon. Hunks like, oh i dont know, Brandon Reed.....
I recommend Freddy Joseph Cherry. Keep it simple. Then we would have Big Freddy, Freddy T, and Freddy C., or I guess we could call him Freddy "wee". Just think about it..

Well, let's see. From a genealogical research perspective, the prevalent Male names in the Wyatt/Wooten line are Irvin, Richard, William, James, Eugene, Winfield, Robert, and Thomas. Don't like any of those? Hmmm. Well, we had a female ancestor named Druscilla Cherry. That could be shortened to Dru Cherry. We could then add Joseph Edward before that. The poor child's name would then be Joseph Edward Dru Cherry. He could then be called J.E.D. Cherry. Whatever you name this little bundle, he will be welcomed by a large and crazy family who will love him!!!!!
